Who Can Apply
The scholarship is open to Italian and international students who are regularly enrolled or planning to enrol at the University of Milan for the 2026/2027 academic year in eligible degree paths:
- Bachelor's degrees
- Master's degrees and single-cycle Master's degrees
- Eligible doctoral (PhD) research programmes (unless already receiving a scholarship or research grant)
- Postgraduate schools (excluding medical students with a specialist training contract)
- Open semester students for single-cycle degrees in Medicine, Dentistry, and Veterinary Medicine
Students are excluded if they are enrolled part-time, repeating an academic year, hold an Italian degree of the same or higher level, or receive similar funding for the same year of study.

How to apply
Steps to Complete the Application
- Apply for admission to an eligible degree course at the University of Milan.
- Register on the UniMi portal to obtain user credentials or use SPID where applicable.
- Prepare the necessary financial documents, including an ISEE University 2026 certificate or foreign-income equivalent documents if household income and assets are located outside Italy.
- Log into the Online Helpdesk between 10 July 2026 and 30 September 2026.
- Complete every section of the regional scholarship application form.
- Confirm and submit the completed application online before the deadline of 30 September 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+2).
- Monitor the Online Helpdesk for the release of provisional and final ranking lists.
